Refund & Cancellation Policy

Workshop and event seats

This applies to any seat you buy online on tilsolutions.in through our payment partner Razorpay — for example the Get Hired with AI workshop.

If we cancel the event, you get a full refund of the amount you paid, automatically, to the payment method you used. You don't need to ask.
If you can't make the announced date, ask us within 48 hours of the date being announced (in the WhatsApp group or by email) and you get a full refund — no questions asked. The same applies if we reschedule and the new date doesn't work for you.
After that window, we can't refund the seat, but you can transfer it to someone else (send us their name and number) or ask to move to the next edition of the same workshop, subject to seats being available.
No-shows on the day are not refunded.

How to ask for a refund

WhatsApp +91 9645 77 5760 or email contact@tilsolutions.in with your name and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. We confirm the same working day.

When the money reaches you

We initiate refunds within 3 working days of approving them. Razorpay then returns the amount to your original payment method — UPI, card or bank account — which typically takes 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank. The full amount is refunded; we don't deduct any fee.

Course fees

Fees for our courses (AI Basics, Basics + Internship, Basics + Business and Basic Online) are governed by the terms shared with you at registration, before you pay. If you have a question about a course fee, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the version in force when you paid applies to your booking.
