Privacy policy.

We collect the minimum we need to run our workshops and courses and to reply to you. No tracking, no selling data.

What we collect

  • When you register or book: your name, WhatsApp/phone number, email, and what you registered for (for example which course, or that you're a student or job seeker). For event enquiries from organisations, the organisation's name and your role.
  • When you pay: payment is handled entirely by Razorpay. We receive your name, contact details, the amount and a payment ID. We never receive your card, UPI or bank details.
  • When you contact us: whatever you send us by form, email or WhatsApp.
  • Resume checker: your resume is analysed in your browser and is not uploaded to us. Only the email address you choose to leave is sent to us.
  • Automatically: we don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site and we don't set tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security.

Why we use it

  • To run the workshop, course or service you booked, and to contact you about it — including on WhatsApp.
  • To reply to your enquiry.
  • Occasionally, to tell you about a new course or workshop we think you'd want to know about. Reply "stop" or email us and we'll stop.

WhatsApp groups

For workshops and events we add booked participants to a WhatsApp group where we announce the date, venue and updates. Your name and number are visible to other members of that group, as with any WhatsApp group. You can leave at any time and we'll keep you informed directly instead.

Who sees it

Only the TIL team, and the services we use to run the business:

  • Razorpay for payments (see Razorpay's privacy policy).
  • Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail) where registrations and enquiries are stored.
  • Hostinger, which hosts this website, and WhatsApp for messages and groups.

We don't sell or rent your details to anyone.

How long we keep it

Registration and payment records are kept for as long as we need them for the booking and for our accounts (payment records for the period Indian tax law requires). Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted within a year.

Your choices

Email contact@tilsolutions.in to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (except records we're required to keep for accounts). We reply within 7 working days. Concerns about how we've handled your data can be raised at the same address, and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
