Exhibit 001 — Origin

TIL Solutions, Est. 2026, Mangalore.
Mixed media: AI, intelligence, craft.

01 — Origin

Where AI becomes a craft.

TIL Solutions is an AI agency teaching individuals to build with AI — and quietly shipping AI products of our own.

02 — Point of view

Most will use AI. A few will build it. We teach the few.

The gap between using AI and building with AI is the difference between a tourist and a craftsman. We exist to close that gap — one person at a time, one product at a time.

03 — Learn

From your first prompt to your first product.

Three programs for three levels — Foundations, The Toolkit, and Build, where you ship a real AI app for your domain with our team in the room.

01

Foundations

Get fluent with AI. Concepts, first prompts, the mental model.

02

The Toolkit

Know what to use. A working stack, the judgement to pick.

03

Build

Ship an AI app for your domain. 12 weeks, 1:1 mentorship.

Explore programs
04 — Build

We don't just teach it. We ship it.

A small slate of client engagements each quarter — and our own product, live in the UK and US.

The AI waiter for modern restaurants

Every table gets a waiter. Instantly.

Sofie greets your guests, takes their order in any language, and keeps your kitchen, staff, and dashboard in sync — all from a single QR code.

How we work

The TIL approach.

01 — Listen

We start where you actually are.

No assumptions. Discovery shapes everything that follows.

02 — Design

We design for your context.

Whether it's a learning path or a marketing system, it's built for you — not a template.

03 — Ship

You leave with something real.

Skills, work, or both. Always something tangible at the end.

Gallery II — By the numbers

A small studio doing serious work.

We are deliberately small. Selectivity is how we keep what we ship — and what we teach — at a level we'd put our name on.

Gallery V — Inside the workshop

What a week with us actually looks like.

Less classroom, more workbench. Every program follows the same rhythm — define, prototype, critique, ship.

  1. 01 DefineStart the week with a clear, small, scoped problem.
  2. 02 PrototypeTwo days of building with our team in the room.
  3. 03 CritiqueOne studio review — honest, generous, useful.
  4. 04 ShipPush it. To staging, to friends, to the world.
// Mon — define
brief = "build a tool that summarizes restaurant menus for parents."
scope = "minimum viable, one user, this week."

// Wed — prototype
$ prompt → "Summarize this menu like you're explaining it to a 10-year-old."
$ agent → reads menu PDF, returns child-friendly summary

// Fri — ship
$ deploy → staging.til.workshop / cohort-04

Frequently asked

Things people ask before they sign up.

01

I've never used AI before. Is that okay?

That's exactly who Foundations is for. No prerequisites, no jargon. You'll be using AI tools to make real things by the end of week one.

02

What's the Build program?

A 12-week flagship where you ship a real AI app for your chosen domain — sales, ops, finance, tech, or marketing — with weekly 1:1 mentorship from our team. You leave with a working product and the skill to build the next one alone.

03

Are sessions online or in person?

Primarily online, with optional in-person meetups in Mangalore for those nearby. Schedules are flexible.

04

What kind of businesses do you take on?

Small and growing businesses ready to use AI as a real lever — not as a buzzword. We're selective because we work closely on each engagement.

05

What is Dinrex AI?

It's our own SaaS product — an AI waiter platform for restaurants, currently live in the UK and US. It's also our proof: we don't just teach AI, we ship it.
